Weekly Dance Classes with Misa Terral

Weekly Classes:

Soulpower Dance is an exhilarating dance & fitness class offering a joyful variety of music and dance styles. Misa offers soulful moves, attainable choreography, and an invitation to dig deeper into the divine, healing connection of conscious, spiritual embodiment. Perfection is highly discouraged and previous dance experience is helpful, but not required.

Channel and Flow is a hybrid, free dance class inviting more freedom in movement, allowing your energetic channel to co-create with your unique embodied being. We will begin each class with a short meditation, an invocation, and a theme to explore such as chakras, emotions, voice, elements, and much more. In addition and throughout the hour, opportunities to dance in synchronicity will be offered to experience unison and connection. Schedule:

Mondays 5:30pm-6:30pm Soulpower Dance Tuesdays 9:45am-10:45am CHANNEL AND FLOW Fridays 9:45am-10:45am Soulpower Dance Location: Haw Creek Commons, 315 Old Haw Creek Road., Asheville. Sliding Scale: $12-$25
