Silent Meditation at The Sanctuary (1)

20-minute silent meditation followed by 5-minute walking meditation can help you to pause, slow down, rest, let go, ground in the present moment, attune to yourself just as you are, and return to your day’s activities renewed.  I will offer a brief instruction on using the breath as an anchor to settle the body/mind and come to stillness.  You are also invited to engage in whatever silent meditation or prayer practice you have as we sit in loving community.
