Sonic Soul Journey with Jahidi Friday, June 21, 7:30 pm Sonic alchemist and sound healer Jahidi takes us on a profound sound healing journey into our hearts and souls. Experience sound as medicine, as Jahidi’s drum rhythms entrain our brain waves to deeper states of relaxation, allowing for our inner guru and inner physician to emerge. Jahidi creates a deep and rich soundscape through the classical Indian tabla, hand pans, analog synthesizers, voice, frame drums and crystal bowls.

Spontaneous Freedom Vocal Jam with Kennedy OneSelf Saturday, June 22, 11 am-1 pm Allowing the spontaneous freedom of unhindered expression, we will use our voices to vibrate our bodies. Harmonizing our spontaneous song with various musical instruments such as~singing bowls, asian harp, handpan, shruti box, flutes etc. we will jump into a free form music jam, with our voices and musical instruments. Bring drums, didgeridoos, shakers, flutes, your voice or just your ears.

Drumantra: The Power of Rhythm and Mantra with Jahidi Saturday, June 22, 2 pm-4 pm Join Jahidi for this interactive workshop exploring the power of rhythm and mantra. Explore the rhythmic time cycles of classical Indian music, and how they correlate to particular Sanskrit mantras. We’ll be exploring body percussion and how it can amplify the power of mantras and affirmations.

The Symphony of Serenity: Mystical Music Meditation Journey with Kennedy OneSelf Saturday, June 22, 7:30 pm Join Kennedy OneSelf for this profoundly potent symphonic orchestration of acoustic vibration that guides the listener to the inner stillness where lasting peace resides. Participants in this voyage through vibration simply lay down and relax.
