Member Circle

Member Circle is a group open to all Emberlight members/volunteers to share, connect, and be held and witnessed in whatever emotions or circumstances you are navigating in your life, whether it be related to grief and end-of-life or not. 

Member Circle will have a similar structure to Care Circle on Tuesdays, instead of being exclusive to direct care volunteers, Member Circle is open to all Emberlight members/volunteers. You are welcome to share anything you are holding, but there will be optional open-ended sharing prompts for those that desire some structure. 

Member circle is not group therapy. It functions similar to a support group, where participants may share what needs to be voiced for the sake of feeling seen and heard in their experience without group members or the facilitator trying to fix, give advice, or provide therapy. 

All sharing in the group is optional. You are welcome to come and just listen if that is supportive for you! 

It is best for the group to arrive on time and stay the whole time, but no one will be turned away due to time constraints. 

Emberlight will not be providing food at this event, but you are welcome to bring your own snacks or dinner to eat during the group if it conflicts with your dinner time. There is a microwave in the Lighthouse.
