Keep the Fire Burning: A CCLD Benefit Concert and Potluck

As the winter season approaches, CCLD members Scott and Prema Sheerin invite the community to their beautiful Willow Moon Farm for a communal fire and exceptional afternoon of live music. This is a benefit concert to raise funds for the building of a fire shelter at the CCLD Sanctuary, so that a vigil fire can be sustained 24/7 -- rain or shine, no matter the season -- whenever there is someone actively dying in residence.

In addition to the music and shared food, there will be a community discussion with CCLD elders about the role and gifts that fire provides in supporting Sanctuary residents, their families, and our caregivers.

It will be a festival-style stage with duos, trios, and larger groups such as Shantavani and Roots Grown Deep, plus some very special guests!

Join us in enjoying the sound of music, the fire of fellowship, and in supporting the conscious weaving of traditional nature-based practices into the purpose and work of CCLD.

The event is outdoors and is rain or shine as we have a barn and indoor spaces as needed. Don't forget our community potluck. Bring something to share.

This a family-friendly gathering.

Admission is donation-based. Suggested is $25 to $50. No one will be turned away for lack of funds. 

All proceeds go to the Center for Conscious Living and Dying, and all monies raised will be solely used to create a beautiful, dry, warm, space for this important work.
