This retreat is for ALL who wish to find support, along with others, in a safe space to help them heal. When our grief is processed and integrated, it becomes life-force; a fuel that revitalizes and propels us forward as individuals, families and communities.
This 2 Day retreat will include:
Somatic practices and meditation to deepen our trust in our emotional and body wisdom
Therapeutic writing, inquiry, and small group work to assist in opening to our stories of loss and to give voice to our grief and rage over personal loss, injustices and world events
Personal and community ritual
Resources to continue your grief journey
