Grief Workshop

​Join Encircle and Dr Joanie Terrizzi to access comfort, connection, and healing; learn how your closest friends and family can become more grief-informed.

​Dr Terrizzi is a trained death doula and grief coach. In this workshop, she will share practical strategies to help attendees navigate their grief, while providing a safe(r) space for participants to share stories and connect with each other.

​To prepare for this event, we ask participants to curate memories and stories about a loved one whose life they honor and remember using Encircle - a grief wellness app that provides a private, encouraging space for the bereaved and their supporters to share memories of a well-loved person who died. Participants will receive an Encircle page for free (normally $120) upon registration.

​One-on-one technical assistance for Encircle will be available upon registration to those who need it.
