About the Event
According to psychiatrist Carl Jung, "the symbols of the self arise in the depths of the body.” In this workshop, we will engage personal dream and healing imagery through self-directed movement, peer witnessing, journaling, and art work for healing, integration, creative expression, and spiritual insight. Please bring something to write with and have an image in mind to engage.
