About the Event
The Asheville Transformational Breath Community is excited to bring internationally known speaker and teacher, Eugenia Altamira, curriculum coordinator and international senior trainer of the Tranformational Breath Foundation to lead a five-day, Tranformational Breath Workshop. Over the course of five days, participants will experience changes in physical, mental, emtional and spiritual realms. Outcomes include improving cardiovascular health, focus and energy for life, and a greater understanding for yourself and your purpose in life. You will also experiencing the release of patterns, beliefs, anxieties, guilt, anger, and memories that no longer serve you.
