About the Event
Grief Tea and Story Medicine Circle
An invitation to gather in sacred space to meet ourselves where we are, to tend to our hearts and be in community with our grief.
We will learn about herbs for grief-related experiences and create a tea blend to sip on while together.
Each session we will explore a creative grief practice that creates a toolkit of supportive resources -grief mandalas/resilient collage -honoring altars -clay -writing (writing your grief, narrative medicine, grief journaling) -poetry -mindfulness/grounding -grief movement/breath -storytelling.
Flower essence blends can be made for an additional cost.
Sundays beginning with the fall equinox 9/24-10/29 from 5:30-7:30
Sliding scale (for all 6 weeks and supplies included): $350-400
