I retired to Black Mountain 4 years ago after living in Florida and Colorado for my career as a psychiatric social worker and Director of Counseling for the University of Denver. I am married to Carla Riffel a psychologist. We have one son Brent, a daughter-in-law Michelle, and a grandson Elliot. I have been a seeker in Sufism for 20 years and volunteered providing support to dying patients.
