I'm honored to have been one of the first 60 or so volunteer/donor/members of CCLD in 2021. It has also been my privilege to be a personal biographer, working intimately with individuals to capture their essence on the page.

I volunteer to write obituaries for anyone who calls me. I founded and for four years facilitated the Black Mountain Grief Circle. I care deeply about personal transformation and community. On my 5-acre farm in McDowell County, I am inviting community in various ways: ask me!
