About the Event
On July 8, we called together a Town Hall of the Direct Care volunteers to gain some insights and ideas around not having enough trained caregivers, especially for our evening turns.
And you showed up! We heard your voices, and have been brainstorming and planning ever since. There are a number of things that we want to introduce to you, such as a redesign of our star system, as well as a viable plan to onboard additional caregivers.
Because the format worked so well earlier in the month, you are again invited to hear, and reflect on, the outcomes.
