About the Event
The Love Project is a year-long commitment to the expansion of love in the world by loving ourselves, others, our communities, our planet, and the Divine in a more intentional way, and from this love to do at least one act of service per month. We will gather throughout the year to encourage one another, share wisdom around loving more intentionally and about our projects and enjoy time Radically Loving Together (our motto:). The Love Project has a leadership team that includes many people involved with CCLD, and we encourage your work with CCLD to be your Love Project if that lights you up. We guarantee that you will want to at least investigate this unique offering, so if you can’t make it to the kick-off, please reach out to joanielamb@centerforinspirededucation.org to get involved. You will also be introduced to the various Love Projects which have already begun, one of which is our Camp Summer Haven that was started for youth who may not otherwise go to camp, including our local refugee population, and Camp Honey Hive for adults with developmental differences.

“Everybody can be great...because anybody can serve…You only need a heart full of grace. A soul generated by love.”
—Martin Luther King
“Helping, fixing, and serving represent three different ways of seeing life. When you help, you see life as weak. when you fix, you see life as broken. When you serve, you see life as whole. Fixing and helping may be the work of the ego, and service the work of the soul.”
—Rachel Naomi Remen
