Re-member Asheville, A Gathering of Grief & Joy - Free Event

Before we can rise anew, the ashes of our lives invite us to befriend the many voices of grief. This is the pathway to a joyful life. By learning to welcome the paradoxical presence of both grief and joy, we can expand into greater resilience and compassion for our journeys. I will guide the group on an inner journey with outward expression. Together we will move with our own expressions of grief and joy in ways that feel safe, grounded, and authentic to each of us. The methods are ancient and innate: movement, music, reflection and sharing. 

Please bring a small bouquet of flowers or other items from nature for a creative offering!
