Plein Air Watercolor Class 

Join Sandra Brugh Moore on the beautiful grounds of CCLD for a plein air (outdoor painting) class. Sandra will help you see the landscape within the context of what is important to you. She will help you  bring out the spiritual nature of the landscape around you as she shares technique and the group paints together. Bring a folding outdoor chair and any of your own supplies that you like to use. Sandra will have supplies for those who don’t bring any. All levels welcome.

Sandra Brugh Moore is a landscape watercolor artist. Painting on location, for Sandra, is challenging and vital to understanding the landscape in all its wonderful moods. “When I paint I want to instill a sense of peace in my work. I do not just copy what is before me.  I move trees and mountains to achieve the design that pleases me and gives me that sense of peace.” She holds landscape watercolor techniques classes at AB Tech through their Continuing Education Program.  Sandra shows her work at the Asheville Gallery of Art at 82 Patton Ave, Asheville NC.
