About the Event

It's All About Relationships!

A 4-part workshop series to amplify your personal power and shift relational patterns

Relationships aren't something we "have"— they're something we are.

This series is an invitation to cultivate clearer perception, awaken your inner wisdom, and connect with the deeper intelligence alive in every interaction. When you learn to see with more nuance, you begin to reframe the inherited scripts you've been unconsciously following and repattern the way you show up in your relationships and your life.

Because awareness—the seeing heart—is the bridge between being and doing, between who you are and how your presence ripples into the world.

Series starts October 2 — reserve your spot today!

Who it is for

This series is for those who want to grow their relational capacity from the inside out. Whether you're deepening personal relationships, leading with more presence, or simply wanting to relate more honestly and lovingly in everyday life, this series supports you in showing up more fully.

This is for you if you are:

  • Navigating power struggles while wanting to stay open-hearted

  • Tired of focusing on intention, when impact is what matters

  • Feeling unseen, undervalued or misunderstood in relationship

  • Ready to take up ‘more space’ without losing connection

  • Wishing to move through conflict with more fluidity and less reactivity

  • Wanting to show up with greater authenticity and effectiveness as a leader

The framework

This series explores three essential aspects of our human experience: the dreaming (the living intelligence beneath ordinary awareness), the body (your vital channel of wisdom), and the system (the collective, invisible forces shaping how we relate).  Through this creative exploration, transformation happens in three areas: awareness (what you see), attitude (how you hold yourself and show up), and approach (how you respond and engage).

Guiding principles:

  • Process-oriented — unfolding the living wisdom in each moment, embracing emergence over rigid structure

  • Awareness-based — how and what you see shapes how you relate, opening new possibilities for connection

  • Trauma-informed — honoring the complexity of the human experience and prioritizing psychological safety

  • Liberatory — questioning power, illuminating broader systems, and returning to wholeness in relationship and self

  • Light-hearted — bringing warmth and levity into the depth of truth-telling, transforming challenge into possibility

Each session stands alone while building toward a larger transformation.

Session 1: The Relationship Within

(Thursday, October 2)

Discover Your Hidden Power

Explore your relationship with yourself—your personal power, the edges that challenge your growth (those uncomfortable places where you bump up against your known identity), and the emotions you've learned to marginalize. This session illuminates how your inner landscape shapes every external relationship and reveals the "allies" within that you may not have recognized.

You'll discover:

  • How to work with the parts of yourself you've been avoiding

  • Ways to recognize your authentic power versus inherited patterns

  • How your relationship with your own emotions affects your relationship with others

Session 2: The Power in the Room

(Tuesday, October 7)

See the Systems That Live in You

Examine how the systems we live in—cultural, historical, social—shape our relationships behind the scenes. This session explores internalized conditioning from white supremacy, patriarchy, capitalism, heteronormativity and other dominant cultural systems, helping you surface these forces with clarity and compassion and reclaim your choice in how you engage.

You'll discover:

  • How to recognize internalized systems influencing your relationships

  • Ways to interrupt patterns of harm with greater awareness

  • How to hold responsibility without collapsing into shame or bypassing impact

Session 3: The Wonders of Conflict

(Thursday, October 16)

Find Wisdom in the Tension

Dive into the phases and dynamics of conflict—accusations, defensiveness, and the invisible forces at play. This session reveals how to move through challenging conversations with greater internal bandwidth, allowing you to stay present with what's emerging rather than getting caught in old patterns and reactivity.

You'll discover:

  • How to work with the intelligence within conflict

  • How to stand in your truth while staying relationally connected

  • How to recognize and work with "ghost roles" and hidden dynamics

Session 4: Dreaming the Next Us

(Wednesday, October 22)

Your Life as Sacred Story

This session invites you to sense what's next—through you, between you, and beyond you. We'll explore how you are both shaped by and participant in a deeper, interconnected field of meaning, where your personal life myth, collective timespirits, and higher dreams guide the unfolding of your relationships and purpose.

You'll discover:

  • How to work with your personal life and relationship myth

  • Ways to connect with the timespirits and archetypal movements expressing through your personal experience and relationships

  • How to access guidance from higher dreams and your life's deeper intelligence

Bonus: Integration circle (date and location TBC)

For participants who attend 2+ sessions

The real work happens in relationship and in the pauses and contemplations where “aha”s” spark! This intimate circle creates space to anchor your insights into lasting change, celebrate breakthroughs, and navigate the challenges of embodying new ways of being in your actual relationships. This circle becomes part of your ongoing support system.

What you'll receive

Each 2.5-hr session includes:

  • Interactive, experiential learning that honors your unique process

  • A comprehensive handout with frameworks, reflection prompts and exercises

  • Trauma-informed, liberatory approach to relationship and power dynamics

  • Practical tools you can use immediately in daily life and relationships

Those who participate in 2+ sessions are invited to join our integration circle at the end of the series.

Beyond the sessions, you'll gain:

  • A completely new lens for seeing yourself and your relationships

  • Skills to navigate conflict with responsiveness and fluidity instead of reactivity

  • Tools to recognize and interrupt harmful patterns

  • Access to your authentic power (vs inherited conditioning)

  • A supportive community of others on the same journey

  • Ongoing support for embodiment and integration

The full journey creates lasting change.

While each session offers valuable standalone insights and practices, the complete 4-part series creates a transformational arc that builds on itself. Real relationship change happens through sustained practice and deepening awareness, not quick fixes.
