Relax deeply into Music, guided contemplative meditation, Silence, and Listening to the living natural world: we will heartfully play around edges many of us hold around life and death and what is healing.
Collaborative space holding by CCLD Elder Council members Greg Lathrop and Prema Sheerin, CCLD Artist in Residence Joel Karobo Elliott and Scott Sheerin.
There will an opportunity for sharing in circle after the sound journey.
