Embodiment Ceremony

A ritual space holding the invitation to drop deeply into one’s visceral experience. Supported by sound, stillness and a soft nest of blankets and pillows - we will enter into a contemplative space as community. Allowing the nervous system to settle as we integrate all that has shaped us in these past months.
