Embodiment Ceremonies with Kendall

You are invited to rest within the wisdom of your own body and the earth body. This is a call to rest, pause, and engage with your inner self. Each ceremony creates a sacred space for listening to your needs and emotions, fostering love and compassion. We honor our journeys and embrace inner wisdom.

We will flow intuitively, grounded in healing sound vibrations from singing bowls, chimes, harmonium, and song. These elements invite us to connect with our breath and movement. Ample time is provided for personal reflection and sharing in a supportive environment. This primarily non-verbal space allows for embodied devotional practices to soothe our nervous systems and relieve daily stress.

Our time together will be a weave of inside and outside, creating, tending shrines, stillness and movement within our contemplative container.
