About the Event
Each month we will engage in silent and guided meditations and one contemplative
practice, such as ways to ground, attuning to and nurturing self and others, heart
abodes, and wise speech along with inquiry, discussion and ‘play’ activities, all with
the intention to inform personal care and care for others in community and at the
bedside.
