Contact Beyond Contact Integrates tools from Contact Improv, Authentic Movement and Passing Through. Utilizing resources from qigong, yoga, energy work, authentic relating and psychology. No technical dance experience is necessary and all levels are welcome.
You will be led through a series of partner exercises, and after each exercise we will gather in pairs to discuss our experience. At the end of the session, we will integrate with a live Crystal Bowl sound healing
Our session will begin and end with a group sharing circle. Please arrive 5 minutes early to settle and plan to stay until the end of the session. Please bring water and wear comfortable clothes to move in. Socks are optional depending on your comfort level.
