CCLD Member/Volunteer PICNIC and Volunteer Fair!

Please note that this Social we are trying something new. We invite you to bring a picnic for this gathering, keeping things more simple, and minimizing clean up.

CCLD's teams are all abuzz in anticipation of the Volunteer Fair! There is no better way to learn about teams, ask everyone you meet questions about what teams they are on,(and what it's like for them)and  explore what teams you may want to try on and/or join. Weather permitting (please cross fingers and toes) we will be spread all across the Sanctuary campus as you experience all that the CCLD teams have to offer. This event will happen rain or shine

Important Things to Know:

-PARKING- When you drive up the road from the Shell Station on US 70, turn right onto New Salem Road, please pull into the parking lot behind the church. You can fill the spots furthest away from the front doors of the church, as well as the handicapped parking spaces. If you arrive between 4:00 and 4:30 pm, park your car and wait until there are 3-4 people who can all ride in together. If you wait for 10-15 min. and no one comes, you may come on in. If you arrive with 3 people already in your car, you are welcome to drive right into the Sanctuary.

- Look for Volunteer Navigators to help orient you - we will be wearing pink ribbons on our nametags that say "Ask Me"

- Look for maps posted around the Sanctuary that indicate where you can find each team

- Please feel free to explore as many teams as you would like; volunteers can join more than one!
