Stephan Hausner is an international leader in the use of Systemic Constellations to identify and resolve issues influencing physical and psychological illness. Stephan began his private practice in 1988, as a naturopathic practitioner, utilizing homeopathy, physioenergetic work and osteopathy. In 1993, he added Systemic Constellation Work to his practice and teaching. Stephan is trained in various approaches of Humanistic Psychology, and has taught constellation work at schools and institutes of diverse specialties around the world, including the training of medical doctors in Germany, at a clinic for patients with psychosomatic disorders. Stephan participated in an international research study on the process and effects of illness, coordinated by Dr. Gunthard Weber. Stephan is the author of the book, Even If It Costs Me My Life!, which has been translated into 11 languages. A much sought-after facilitator world-wide, Stephan has facilitated workshops in South America, South Africa, Holland, Spain, Italy, Russia, Mexico, Croatia, Turkey, Romania, Australia, Israel, the United States and more.

While it is well known that we inherit health risks from our ancestors, it is less well known that we also inherit destinies from our ancestors. Through repeated observation, the late German facilitator, Bert Hellinger, saw how unresolved suffering and guilt are passed from generation to generation without conscious awareness. These unconscious issues, stemming from events such as unexpected or premature deaths, forgotten family members, or injustices suffered or perpetrated by members of the family, exert an influence on successive generations. Despite experience which shows that mainstream medical and psychological care is limited in its effectiveness, our culture of quick fixes nonetheless encourages such solutions.
