CCLD director Aditi Sethi's TED Talk
Healing our relationship with death
We have evacuated our current residents to safer locations. The Center for Conscious Living & Dying wants everyone to know that WNC is devastated emotionally, financially, and in complete shock. We have not experienced loss like this in the last century. In the coming days people & families here will move into deep grief for the lives lost, the businesses & homes destroyed and the economic impact of loss of jobs, loss of family members, loss of homes and belongings.
How you can help is to donate to CCLD so we can address the needs of WNC community and our tireless volunteers who have lost everything and can hold them as they have held our residents and the Center for the last two years.
-
All donations are tax deductible.
-
You can put Flood in the notes to let us know of your generosity.
-
Thank you and know that we will hold all who are grieving in love.

We’ve created this campaign page for those who wish to support our emergency relief efforts throughout our western North Carolina community. The funds raised will be directed to the areas of highest need, and we will keep careful records of how the funds are used, providing updates as we have them.

"Cultivating presence with death and a way of being with those approaching their final passage from this world can remind us of who we are and connect us to the mystery of this life."
